Love it apart from the aircon in the rooms

Beautiful , love,love the stuff so helpful and friendly, they welcome you with a big smile I would recommend to stay again.

With the hot weather the only thing was the air conditioner was not running properly, we had stuff coming in our room to fix it but it was still not to our liking. Please fix aircon in rooms plz

Pool was nice. Room was ok, but bathroom seemed congested. Breakfast was nice, but with no changes in variety daily?

The Aircon worked well.Staff were friendly and helpful. Arranged the shuttle to take us to Tanoa Skylodge where we used their pool and had dinner.

The pool was closed for maintenance. The restaurant options were very limited.

Good

It was close to the airport as we had an early flight two days later. I enjoyed the live band on Saturday night situated right next to the pool so I was able to swim and enjoy a drink with the awesome singing in the background. It's fine for a short stay.

It was quite run down in the rooms. Thw rooms do not come with a hand towel and I had to ask for hand/shower soap. The double bed was squeaky every time I moved but otherwise comfortable. The room had a weird smell which lingered throughout our stay there. It remained the entire time and we couldn't shrug it off.

Facilities were good and the staff were excellent. Liked that it was in a convenient location, and that made it easier for the family to step out a bit for lunch or to visit friends and family. There were also taxi services easily available because of its location.

I didn't like that there wasn't a variety of breakfast menus provided during my stay.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located. Not far from the Airport and near some supermarkets, liquor stores and several restaurants.Friendly helpful staff. Well- stocked convenience and souvenir store in the hotel. Accommodation and meals were good value for money.

The location was close to the venue we had the AFL volley ball so that was a bonus, and it was close to the restaurants.

I think breakfast could be a lot more better, it had vegetarian stuff and the croissants were not many and had no blue berry on them, it was plain, breakfast was really less options to choose from compared to other resorts we have been to.

It was fairly close to the airport. Heavy rainfall prevented checking the surroundigs, but looked ok with a nice pool. The food in the restaurant was good.

The airport pick up never came, even though I sent emails and followed up with expensive phone call from Korea before the final flight. They assured there would be a driver there. The roof was leaking during the heavy rainfall onto the writing desk. Lucky I didn't have my laptop there... The morning airport shuttle I was told could take me there at 6:15, so I could have a quick breakfast. This proved to be wrong, they depart every full hour, only. Luckily they provided me with a free taxi, instead.

the bed was good.

room service was pathetic. breakfast buffet needs improvement. try to have balconys in rooms because if one is staying for more than a day, then it gets boring n we dont get to enjoy the nature as well. also the rooms look so old with wierd color painting. it almost felt like i was in a hospital. it was not worth the cost i paid. sad to say this but i would not recommend anyone to stay at skylodge unless you guys pull up your socks and change around a bit. make a visit to near by hotels novotel especially, amazing service and rooms they have.

I liked the staff ! Customer service was awesome all staff were friendly and were available 24/7

There was a huge dead cockroach in my room on the second day ! The site said spa available but when I arrived to get it the spa was DISGUSTING!!!!! Wasn’t even filled with water to the top and there were sticks and dirt inside the spa ! Also the shower in room 17 across from the laundry the shower head was facing the wall and I couldn’t now move it to the middle as it was bolted into the wall!

The good point is that its Close to Airport They also Provide Free Transfer to the Airport Free Wifi as well (however is not that good) You have to pay for lunch and dinner, but food was really good

Our Room was clean, however because of the old furniture and installations, little cockroaches was behind wardrobe, table, bathroom sink and on the floor in the shower. Staff is not that welcoming as well, but its fine I don't care. They tried to charge me breakfast on the day of my check out, but in the end I didn't pay anything.

The rooms were good sized and air con was cool, which was useful, as it was a bit of a shock coming from a cooler climate. The restaurant and chef were fantastic with my dietary requirements and the food was fresh and very tasty. Close to the airport and a free shuttle from the airport was waiting for us.

We could not access WIFI and that was the only minus but everything else was excellent. Loved the service, breakfast and facilities provided. Really enjoyed our stay. Your front desk staff are friendly and very efficient.

Our first room was a standard double room and it was really small we could hardly move around in it, so we asked for a room with 2 beds and we got it and loved it. The first room I would say is misleading in the pictures provided for the rooms because it really was quite uncomfortable and noisy because the door is a step away from the bed and we were disturbed every time someone walks and talks on the corridor. You only have air con in the rooms and the optional fan is always better.
